Directions: Stir 1 heaping household teaspoon (2 rounded measuring teaspoons) into 4 or more ounces of water and stir until mixed. Consume 1–3 servings per day or as recommended by your health care provider. For best results, consume slowly throughout the day & between meals.
Caution: Excessive consumption of Vitamin C can cause loose stool and diarrhea. If this occurs, continue with a lower dosage once symptoms subside.
